Please note that this Return Policy only applies to products purchased from stg-vaily-staging.kinsta.cloud and not from other websites or retail stores. Customers should consult the return policy of the original place of purchase.

If you are not satisfied with any item you have purchased through stg-vaily-staging.kinsta.cloud, you may return them (whether opened or unopened) within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. You will receive the refund in the original form of payment within five business days after receiving the items.

If you purchased a product from stg-vaily-staging.kinsta.cloud, returning it is quite simple. Follow the three steps below, and you’re done!

  • Contact us at [email protected] to request a shipping label.
  • Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
  • Affix the label to your product and drop it off at the nearest Post Office

 


 

Shipping 

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout before the completion of your order. For example, if you are shipping within the United States you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (5-7 days, 3-day or 2-day shipping).

If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received by 3:00 p.m. EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding observed holidays within the United States.

We offer the following shipping options:

5-7 day shipping

  • Free for everyone with a shipping address in the lower 48 continental states.
  • Shipping option available for Alaska and Hawaii for a fee.

3-day shipping

  • Cost is calculated based on the number of items ordered and the shipping address.

2-day shipping

  • Cost is calculated based on the number of items ordered and the shipping address.

Please note that 5 to 7, 3, and 2-day shipping refers to transit time once the product leaves our warehouse. Additionally, it may take 1-2 business days to process your order.
